Eliminar tus datos de Sign Release

Sign Release no tiene cuentas con nombre de usuario ni contraseña: casi todos los datos se guardan solo en tu móvil. Así puedes borrarlos:

Si eres fotógrafo (usuario de la app)

1. Releases, fotos y firmas: en la app, desliza un release hacia la izquierda y pulsa «Eliminar». Para borrarlo todo, desinstala la app.
2. Modelos guardados: Ajustes → Modelos guardados → desliza o pulsa «Eliminar».
3. Grupos y formularios web: borra el grupo en la pestaña Grupos (o cancela el formulario individual). Se borran del servidor los datos del grupo y las respuestas pendientes de los modelos.
4. Cuenta anónima y token de notificaciones: escríbenos a support@signrelease.app con el asunto «Eliminar datos» y los borraremos en un plazo máximo de 30 días.
5. Copias de seguridad: los PDF copiados en tu carpeta (Drive, iCloud, Dropbox…) están en tu cuenta de ese servicio; bórralos desde allí.

Si eres modelo o propietario

Las respuestas que envías desde el formulario web se borran de nuestro servidor en cuanto el fotógrafo las descarga en su móvil. Desde ese momento el release lo conserva el fotógrafo, que es quien decide sobre él; pídele que lo elimine. Si tu formulario aún no se ha descargado, o quieres ayuda, escríbenos a support@signrelease.app indicando el nombre del fotógrafo o del grupo.

Qué se borra y qué se conserva

• Se borran: datos del grupo, respuestas de los modelos, cuenta anónima de Firebase y token de notificaciones.
• Informes de fallos (Crashlytics): no contienen datos de los releases y se eliminan automáticamente a los 90 días.
• Estadísticas de uso (Analytics, solo si las aceptaste): anónimas; se eliminan según la retención de Google (máximo 14 meses).
• No conservamos ningún otro dato.

Sign Release has no accounts with username or password: nearly all data is stored only on your phone. Here is how to delete it:

If you are a photographer (app user)

1. Releases, photos and signatures: in the app, swipe a release to the left and tap “Delete”. To delete everything, uninstall the app.
2. Saved models: Settings → Saved models → swipe or tap “Delete”.
3. Groups and web forms: delete the group in the Groups tab (or cancel the single form). The group details and any pending model answers are deleted from the server.
4. Anonymous account and notification token: email support@signrelease.app with the subject “Delete data” and we will delete them within 30 days.
5. Backups: PDFs copied to your folder (Drive, iCloud, Dropbox…) live in your account on that service; delete them there.

If you are a model or property owner

The answers you send from the web form are deleted from our server as soon as the photographer downloads them to their phone. From then on the release is kept by the photographer, who controls it; ask them to delete it. If your form has not been downloaded yet, or you need help, email support@signrelease.app with the photographer's or group's name.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: group details, model answers, anonymous Firebase account and notification token.
• Crash reports (Crashlytics): contain no release data and are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Usage statistics (Analytics, only if you accepted): anonymous; deleted per Google's retention (up to 14 months).
• We keep no other data.
